      I’ve been working here since the past two here. I joined this company as a fresher and got to learn a lot working here. There are a number of opportunities provided to the employees. The company ensures their over-all grooming in various fields.

      Working in Branches is pathetic.

      Pros

      Ok ok for starting off and gain knowledge about market. Ok for finance graduates to get jobs. HR ppl will find it's only recruitments they can do At branches.

      Cons

      Sales pressure less salary. High attrition. Poor induction should be more formal. Although training programs are sometimes arranged. No health insurance. No esic card was received till 8 months.
