The Senior management was quite good. Regularly contacted the employees and discussed their problems or suggestions.

Cons

Very bad advisory. And there is a poster in the office " Right advice at the right time"!!!

If you are fresher and looking for an opportunity to taste the finance, you can consider working with Angel Broking, You will learn bit of share markets. Overall their training sessions is not up to the mark.

Cons

They focus more on revenue generation. You will feel you are a part of sales process even though your job title doesn't say that. Mostly they are interested in Life Insurance sales as they have tied up with Birla Life insurance.
