Thank you for leaving a review. Our team members' well being is at the forefront of what we do and we take great pride in the benefits that we offer! We understand the importance of stability and a well-defined strategic direction, and the changes we’ve made this year are intended to create a more cohesive organization with our focus placed on our main purpose - to help our homeowners and our pros. We are growing fast and constantly looking for ways to improve and changes are a symptom of that, despite this we understand that team changes can be disruptive. At Angi, we ensure that we have the necessary teams in place to take on our mission. Thank you for all your amazing work, we wish you the best in all of your future endeavors!

Business Outlook

Pros

- Everyone is hungry for insights from data, making it refreshing to be working on that side of the business -No aspect of the product is fully finalized yet which opens up lots of intriguing and complex problems to solve. - Smart people abound -Unlimited PTO

Cons

- RTO is in full swing for employees near offices, and hence remote employees not near offices are missing out on interpersonal interaction with colleagues and leadership - Key institutional knowledge not documented -Some past decisions seemed whimsical

Thanks for your thoughtful feedback. We know that the process of returning to the office comes with challenges and we appreciate insight into ways in which we can improve the experience for everyone. We are actively addressing opportunities to help bring remote and non-remote employees together in creative ways. This is a top priority fo our Culture & Engagement team! Similarly, we're focused on diversity, equity and inclusion at Angi and make this a key focus in our hiring decisions. There's always room to improve and we continue to make diversity a priority throughout the entire organization.
