Great stepping stone, don’t stay long

Pros

- networking team is cool - events were nice (but better under previous leadership)

Cons

- Unrealistic expectations set by the business which trickled down to management - If you don’t make friends with your manager, you will stay in the same position no matter how good you may be - not a lot of room for growth

Pros

Still had decent medical benefits.

Cons

Ethically bankrupt company now being lead by ethically bankrupt people. The culture is toxic and as they try to put on the show of corporate caring in only the way a company that lost its culture and ethical compass can do, it just becomes more toxic. Much better true startups and tech companies to work for, this is not the company it used to be and is not worth suffering.
