The training program to prepare you for the position is the absolute best training program that I've ever experienced in any line of work. When the time came to join our individual teams, I felt extremely prepared. The culture is amazing, and your team/management really help keep things exciting. You can't be afraid to accept constructive criticism and apply it to really grow and develop into the best version of you.

Sorry.... I don't have any cons. I love this job.

This is a place where growth isn’t handed out—it’s earned step by step. I started as a rep, put in the work every single day, fought for the top spot, failed many times and fell on my face even more but once I got there, I stayed there. I focused not just on my performance, but on helping my teammates, supporting new reps, and contributing to the team culture. That opened the door for me to be chosen as a team lead, and eventually I earned a management position. Success here is like a meal—you have to scrape your plate clean and show up hungry every day. If you’re mentally tough, coachable, and willing to put in the work, the opportunities for growth are real.

Cons

This environment is not for everyone. It’s high-pressure, fast-paced, and results-driven. If you don’t have strong work ethic or struggle with consistency, it can feel overwhelming. Growth opportunities are there, but they’re earned—not given—so you need to be ready to grind and push yourself.

Pros

You might get a good sales manager. It taught me how to cold call. If you arent good at it you will not make it through training.

Cons

The company is constantly changing, they changed our commission structure. If you dont hit your quota numbers daily, you will have to submit a "gut check" which is exactly what it sounds like. You have to say what you did wrong that day and why you didn't meet your numbers. This takes a while if you do it correctly and you have to do it off the clock. Other sales managers would get on our zoom call and yell at us about how we were preforming. I would not advise.
