-Best recruiting experience I've been through with clear, prompt communication and followup
-Onboarding was thorough and well paced
-Business challenges are complex which keeps the work interesting
-Great work/life balance and company culture. Coworkers are welcoming and very smart
-Lots of internal promotions so there are a lot of growth opportunities
-Great office that is currently optional to attend depending on the team
Cons
Angi is made up of 3 companies, and all of them use different systems so consolidating that and getting onto the same systems has been a challenge, but it's a big focus area to improve in the following year

-Leadership's commitment to supporting their teams
-Great mentoring/coaching with your manager (they actually want to see you grow)
-Growth Opportunities
-You work on a small team, allows you to form tight bonds with your coworkers even in a remote setting
-Work Life Balance
-Remote + flex scheduling (after training period)
-Benefits + PTO plan
-Always promoting the best culture they can: Diversity program, Book Clubs, Office Days, Halloween costume contests, etc.
Cons
-Lots of change going on (for the better) Let's face it, change is not everyone's cup of tea.
-Sales is not for everyone, so (as you can imagine) turnover is higher in that department
