Pros

Remote work. *Sometimes* you may get a decent check

Cons

The product is barely functional and highly unpopular with both pros and members. Goals are often unreachable without prospecting upsell outside of your daily responsibilities. If you take a day off you will be set behind for a week due tot he workload. You will develop an anxiety problem working here.
