Pros

Great team members, good benefits, solid salary

Cons

The company culture is been on the back burner over the last year. With many reorgs and a bush-off attitude of the lay-offs(from upper management) combined with a lack of employee recognition HA has seen better days. And rises have to be darn near pleaded for.
