      Great Place for All Women

      Pros

      Great opportunities for advancement. Many women in leadership with tons of opportunity for advancement. 4 months paid maternity leave. The benefits are amazing and the money is good if you work hard. Good flexibility for working moms when needing to tend to children doctor appointments or attend to sick kids.

      Cons

      you have to deal with rejection. Takes determination, attention to details and hard work. The pressure to perform can be stressful.
