Good pay *sometimes*, easy going culture, can wear jeans to work, great events like Derby Day etc.

Cons

Constantly changing atmosphere, little communication between departments, often tasks change last minute after you've presented other info to the clients.

Pros

New medical center across the street from campus that carries several prescription drugs. And since the insurance changed from a high deductible to an extremely high deductible, you're almost forced to go there. Onsite diner and the food is very good, just pricey.

Cons

The buildings are absolutely disgusting from cockroaches to mice, the buildings stink and some of them feel like they're about to fall apart. No clear direction from upper management most likely because they quit or get fired so quickly. AL burns through leadership shockingly fast and it causes a lot of false starts, bad ideas and poor execution. Extremely high rate of employee attrition because the leadership is lacking and the outlook is bleak. It's become very depressing. Horrible insurance, the deductible is $3,000 for a single person.
