Pros
Angie's List is a good company that values it employees. The managers are great at motivating their employees and letting them know how they can improve in their current job.
Cons
The processes are constantly changing. We have weekly meetings and in each meeting something in a process has been changed. It is sometimes hard to keep track of all the changes. Change is good and is something that is needed for a business to grow. However, weekly changes is a bit excessive.
