While training you have to interact via Zoom ie Calling contractors while the entire team watches and listens and you listen to the team and trainer while in the call Excessive Zoom meetings while being expected to make your weekly call and sale quota

Monthly and quarterly events to placate the work force

Cons

Needed 3 years customer service to even be considered for an interview. NO opportunity for growth or progression. Expected to work nonstop to a point EXCEEDING burnout for minimum wage. Put into a sales campaign that "isn't sales" just to get away with no commission. Liars when it comes to company profit as evidenced by the mass redundancy just announced without giving any of those made redundant any notice and letting them go effective immediately. Absolutely do not waste your time or mental health

DO NOT WORK HERE! they will try to sell you an image of good work environment culture but it is the opposite. There are lots of favoritism, they also constantly cover up for manager's terrible behaviours and god forbid you go to HR and file a complaint because at the end will remain in nothing! even the directors cover up the managers just because they are close from years ago, everyone knows how toxic some managers are yet no one does really anything! HR department does not protect Angi employees at all, even when you have proof and witnesses.
