Where to start?,, Upper management clueless, Only focused on numbers, Micromanagement on a daily basis, Company changes rules daily without explanation. Never have I experienced such a toxic company culture. I read all the bad reviews before accepting a job with them. Immediately after being hired, I understood why the reviews were so bad. If you like on camera and microphone all day, work environment where you are lying to people to make sales, then go ahead and apply.. but if you don’t like managers butting in while you are on calls without any knowledge of what you have covered with the client, then run!, Horrible, unethical, and toxic work evironment!

The finance team culture is bad. Management wants you to grind grind grind and will stiff you on salary and bonus every year and give you the same canned line about “there wasn’t much to go around”. There are two types of people in the eyes of Angi finance management: those sacrifice their personal life and stay late every night, and underperformers. Everyone I knew who worked in finance was actively looking for other jobs.
