The transition from candidate to employee was handled very professionally. The recruiting process was transparent, with clear communication regarding next steps and timelines. Once I joined, the onboarding process was well-structured and provided a solid introduction to the company's mission and culture. My first month has confirmed that the environment is collaborative and focused on long-term goals.

Everything. No one communicates to the other. No one has any idea what the other teams are doing. Told one thing, but sales does something else.

Recruiting process was seamless and everyone was welcoming. Coming from a toxic workplace, I was relieved to be around a group of very smart people who worked normal hours and were very interested in me as a human being beyond what I could offer them work wise! I see a possibility for me to grow in my career at Angi, while also being able to maintain a strong sense of personal identity and WLB which is paramount to me. Everyone is extremely kind, willing to help, and understanding. I'm so happy I made the switch!

Cons

Learning to own projects start to finish and handle ambiguity/less oversight takes some time to get used to. We also don't have much funding so need to be creative with how we prioritize our time and tasks
