They treat the sales team GREAT

Pros

Remote or office, sales support teams were great, and the management actually wanted to help you succeed. CULTURE. Lots of it, standing desks, music, ENERGY. Oh, I really loved this place so much. I still talk to team members since I last worked there.

Cons

Sometimes it felt as if it were more seasonal than other times, if you weren't able to really ride the wave of success when you had top months, it could be hard to get your mental state back to the grind. There was a grind, but the culture more than made up for it.
