Good company, with a downward spiral in culture

Great team members, good benefits, solid salary

Cons

The company culture is been on the back burner over the last year. With many reorgs and a bush-off attitude of the lay-offs(from upper management) combined with a lack of employee recognition HA has seen better days. And rises have to be darn near pleaded for.

Everyone is excited about the work and are eager to help one another. - Individual and team achievements are recognized and celebrated on a regular basis. - Flexible PTO - Catered lunch
