Pros
Working at Angi is interesting and exciting. A majority of the time I am working on building new features instead of doing maintenance or bug fixes. We are given a lots of opportunity to grow and improve my engineering skills here. The company is also transparent about the business direction and finances to their employees. Angi is also company that will truly support their employees in career progression. I was hired at the wrong position and after evaluating my performance they gave me an off cycle promotion to a title that I was performing in. Most companies would keep an employee at a lower level or wait to give promotions in such cases, but Angi is willing to admit the mistake made during hiring and make corrections accordingly. Some other pros: - Remote work - Good pay & good benefits. - Many opportunities to grow. - Company is transparent about the type of impact your work has. - On call is not bad, lots of support from others, and rotation is once every ~2 months
