Pros
The people, the job, and they pay are all awesome. I love the people I work with because everybody is around to help if you have questions. The workplace environment is very relaxed but productive and a great place to learn and have a career in sales.
Cons
If you don't like change then this is not the place for you. The changes they make always seem to be pretty well thought out and beneficial for the employees but it can change frequently.
