Pros

A great place to work with a flexible, remote‑first culture and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. Leadership is open, supportive, and genuinely invested in their people, with a real focus on inclusion and allyship. The team is made up of experienced experts who are well respected by clients and industry analysts. There’s a strong push toward innovation, particularly around AI and automation, and employees are encouraged to improve how work gets done. Great benefits, global collaboration, and a growing client base.

Cons

While the remote-first approach is great, it can be challenging for some where it requires employees to be self-motivated, quick learner, and can easily adapt.

Welcome to the Anglepoint family all the way from Sydney — less than a year in and you have captured it beautifully. Flexible, inclusive, people first and pushing hard on AI and automation. That is exactly the culture we show up to build every day. So glad you are part of it. Best, Divya

Pros

Incredible work/life balance. An industry leader that is highly reputable. Regular initiatives improve the company. Everyone can have a voice. Helpful, friendly colleagues. The company's skillset, culture, and strategy continue to improve each year.

Cons

Almost all workers are remote, and everyone is at least hybrid, so culture, skills, and experience are very different in various teams. Not a very diverse company, but has drastically improved lately in both race and gender diversity.

Pros

Work-life balance is excellent - flexible work hours, flexible PTO, and work from home. Great culture - friendly, sincere, respectful, and supportive. Opportunities for growth - promote autonomy, your manager pushes you just enough to get out of your comfort zone and grow, and has a mobility program to help employees find their best fit.

Cons

Lack of diversity. Takes time to get promoted or/and get a pay raise even though you meet or exceed the outlined responsibilities and expectations.
