Lack of Transparency

Pros

They do a good job of showing you all parts of the supply chain and showing you a clear career path.

Cons

They don't tell you that after the program you'll be absolute bottom of the totem pole in a warehouse as if the program didn't matter. Then you do get to be promoted quickly but the end goal is to work in St. Louis..... if you're into that.
