Cab service Past Hybrid culture (to be wfo from June)

Cons

Not much recognition if you are solely focusing on technical work. Seniors seem not wanting to do hands on and just attend meeting and deligate work. In certain teams there is no WLB. Mostly copy pasting solution from 1 region to other.
