Pros

Here you are challenged to stretch yourself and exploit your full potential. You never get bored due to monotony. You can work and play same time, work is always fun and there is beer. The environment encourages candor and creates lots of channels to receive feedback.

Cons

Not everyone is ready and willing to receive personal feedback. Company is very big, one can get forgotten.

Pros

* Strong colleagues (ambitious, driven, knowledgeable) * Lots of possibilities in growth (strong urge to either promote or do cross-functional moves every 2 years). * Early leadership contact ABI is known as one of the top educators of management. They train strong management and leadership profiles who in later stages more than often take up very high management roles inside and outside the company. People call it "the cheapest MBA in the world"

Cons

* work pressure (however this is OK if you compare to for example management consulting, which gives a similar trianing). *Unclear promotion opportunities. Although it is denied there is defenitely politics going on.

Pros

- Takes the time to invest in it's people and strongly encourages personal development - Informal culture means that anyone can approach a VP with suggestions or ideas - Strong culture means that the company is very aligned - Provides a great opportunity to learn and have impact (internal incubators, internal shark tanks, etc..) - Shift to eliminate as much bureaucracy as possible - Fantastic colleagues / friends!

Cons

- Fragmented database, sometimes it can be tough to find the right data.
