      Great name to have on your resume, fast paced work culture

      Cons

      Management sets unrealistic goals for everyone and then selectively chooses who to promote or fire based on who supports their "culture" which favors young people with no children and suspiciously is absent of older, more experience marketers. No bonus payout for the almost 4 years I was here despite huge increases in the stock price

      If you are fresh out of college and aren't looking at the job as a long-term opportunity, it will look good on your resume.

      Cons

      The passion for the product is gone, and with it so have sales. Morale is at an all-time low... And this is after years of thinking it couldn't possibly get any lower. The recent positive reviews on Glassdoor were actually solicited by HR. A company shouldn't have to beg for them. Marketing is horrible under current leadership. Very bad decisions have been made over the last 12 months, the repercussions of which will be felt for a long time.

      Let me first off say that my family has been with AB for over 40 years. Unless you get accepted to the SMT or GMT program. Just use AB as a stepping stone for your next career because it is worthless trying to reach a director position without being in one of the programs. The pay is not great. If you want to try to get anything accomplished, it has to go through 5 channels. There is no bonus unless you are from Brazil. There is hardly anyone in senior management that started with the old AB. Everyone else is from Brazil or part of InBev.
