      Pros

      Learn about the beer and beverage industry, lots of young talent to work alongside, good benefits especially for health, casual and flexible work environment.

      Cons

      Disorganized. Having so many young people can be good in some ways but it would probably benefit the company to have more experienced leadership especially in middle to top tiers.

      Pros

      The company discriminates on so many levels. Leadership is all Brazilian, all male, all white! Once you hit 40, watch out! They will start looking for a 22 to take your place. They preach meritocracy, but run the business with a small fraternity from San Paulo.

      Cons

      Horrible work/life balance. Management mocks Americans. They eliminate most employees over 40 by moving offices to different cities or calling them blockers, dropping families along the way.
