Pros
AB's pay scale is fairly decent compared to other in the industry.
Cons
One of the higher ups has his bonuses tied to hiring and pushing college grads up the corporate ladder even if they have not proven themselves in current roles. The pay here seems decent because you are going to have a large list of tasks each day all controlled by someone that has never had to fill the role themselves in a state other than where you work. The main HR team is very slow on acting on complaints given to them, my former boss made comments pertaining to employees and guns and it took 8 weeks for him to be removed from the company.
