Male dominated, employment centered in LATAM. Very focused on results and bonuses are hard to achieve. Can be difficult to enter the company from outside, particularly at high levels, as they prioritize the ones who have been there and breed generalists as opposed to specialists. Difficult to achieve bonuses and while much of this is due to the rigor of the results, there are also components of comp that that are more based on favoritism.

Poor management Short average employment - people are pushed trough the door even though there are no performance issues. Young company run on popularity aspects. Company asking for positive feedback from employees all the time to look better than they are.
