      Great potential, but need flexibility

      Pros

      Great benefits (401K, Health Insurance, etc) Very driven and talented coworkers Surprisingly little bureocracy for a large company Free beer Investing heavily into technology

      Cons

      Work-life balance is poor. Director told entire department once that if you want work-life balance look elsewhere. High turnover with no visible effort/concern to reduce turnover. If someone leaves, existing employees take on that extra work, thus increasing turnover moreso. Bonuses average about 25% of what's in your offer letter.

      Good place to get experience, little work life balance

      Pros

      looks great on the resume, you will learn a lot about the industry and gain valuable experience. Provide many resources to grow and learn more, people are constantly moving up or out.

      Cons

      very political environment, there is a lot of racism especially when it comes to promotions, this was evident at many branches, you will be subject to sexism as a woman and if you're not part of the boys club, and work very long hours with little work life balance

      Lots of opportunity, High paying, Overtime pay for salary, high salaries

      Cons

      Overwork employees, promote the wrong people (fail people up), cant get promoted unless you will relocate, usually doing 2 jobs at once, will cut jobs and throw responsibilities on the leftover employees, no money for maintenance, zero based budgeting for plants, people only care about short term results and will sacrifice long term sustainability just to get themselves promoted and leave a mess for the next guy
