      Pros

      Products used to be something to be proud of, still are good, but not keeping up with trends.

      Cons

      Working at the brewery means long days and a lot of overtime, but it doesn't matter how hard you work, if you are not young, you won't be promoted and will be target for a "firement." Almost everyone old has been "gotten rid of," but advice to all you young people, some day you will be older. You've been warned!

      Pros

      GREAT people. I have worked for two other multi-nationals prior to joining AB InBev, and what truly makes ABI stand out is the people that you get to work alongside of every day. Everyone is passionate, dedicated, takes responsibility for their work, and they are smart. There is a very strong culture. The work is rewarding, and if you're driven you can really go far.

      Cons

      The culture is very fast paced and part of the mantra is "never satisfied." I think at times this can go too far. The structure is very lean. This leads to the work load at times feeling unsustainable, especially given the speed at which the company operates.

      Challenging Can be rewarding in some cases Working for a beer company can be fun and have perks

      Cons

      Due to cost cutting and role reduction many roles are overwhelmed. People are asked to do more work with less time and less money than before.
