      Pros

      I really can think of one single good thing . every good thing our plant still had it was inherited from the sab miller culture.

      Cons

      One of the company´s motto says ¨employees are its most vuable asset ¨ however this is not true in a daily basis. After they bought sab miller plants, they started cutting down job positions and reducing salary bands . their culture is really upsetting, they make simple task become complicated by requesting unnecesary paperwork documentation for daily procedures.
