Time commitment is typically 10-12 hrs per day plus heavy travel; no bonus paid in 2017; stock is performing poorly; must relocate to be promoted; highly political environment

Thanks for the review, AB InBev believe in matching talent to opportunity wherever possible. Sometimes a faster career progression may be available via relocation. The majority of promotions within AB InBev happen for colleagues in their current location. It is not necessary to always relocate to move up.

Cons

80-90 hour work weeks are not uncommon. The business is getting more complex with fewer and fewer resources. Constant turnover and reorgs. Many employees are pushed out through a forced ranking system. Most of the work is tactical as there is not any support staff, even at the director level. Unless you’re young, single, globally mobile, and willing to sacrifice a few years of your personal life, don’t work here.
