Pros

-Coworkers for the most part are friendly and everyone gets along -Company paid travel is fun -Opportunites to go to cool events like the Super Bowl, World Series, etc. -Free health insurance, 8.5% 401K match, company paid car for most sales jobs, stipend for internet and phone -It’s cool to work for the King of Beers and have the name on your resume -Lots of jobs if you’re willing to move

Cons

-Young kids who do the college program are preferred over seasoned employees -Bonus is basically impossible to get and merit raises don’t happen; haven’t had a raise in over 2 years even with great reviews -Big company that only looks at bottom line, they DONT care about keeping their employees happy -Transparency isn’t there -Low pay compared to other beer companies -They’d rather just keep buying other brands to keep stock prices up instead of fixing the ones we have -You have to fight for the highest pay possible at first; with a promotion you can only get a 25% pay increase. This has lead to some managers getting paid LESS than their direct reports.

Pros

Open Bar, .............. thats about it

Cons

Salary- Other companies offer better starting salary for entry level position compared to senior and even TL role in InBev Worklife balance- if its not bad enough that Overtimes are not paid and often forgotten/Deleted from system ( YES DELETED ) management will inspect the clocking in system Targets/Bonus: targets are often pointless/Over complicated ( no in between ) with junior employees running cross function projects while seniors have no added value targets. Job Security- Laughable.......multiple processes being moved over to India concurrently often leaving the processes which are not effected ( yet Effected ) picking up the strain and workload often burning people out. People do not feel valued and effect the feeling being very disposable Last but not Least Senior Management- no other way to put it... deceitful, Cunning and self obsessed. Their only interest is just that......their interest. They do not listen to people and make decisions/enforcement's to show cases the power rather than listening to the employees. Key Message: the people that perform the process know it better than the people running the process. Listen.
