      Pros

      Working with diverse people, ideas and on a truly global basis, the company gives great personal accountability and a real chance to make an individual contribution to the business. In the Headquarters and global roles, you really own the agenda, drive improvements and the company is open to new ideas and a fast pace of change. Very strong company culture, for performance and results and the products are delicious !

      Cons

      Remaining agile when the business is at such a large scale is a challenge.

      Ability to learn in a fast pace environment and take on projects. If you execute a project or changes, you can directly see the effect on your KPIs. Good experience with managing hourly employees.

      Cons

      Not much chance to learn about other jobs in the industry. Work a lot of hours. No variable compensation for salaried employees based on performance.
