      Benefits, every second thursday beer for free, stravenky 100 ceskych korun, friendly people around, big canteen, metro Chodov not close for everyone

      Low Salary, ugly offices, unhappy customers, lots of pressure, demanding management, no trainings but selfstudy, pressure, no work life balance

      Fast-paced, quick decision making. Cool culture to show-off

      Cons

      No work-life balance, Managers think completing 10 hrs in office will bring more productivity. Even if you stay in office for more than 15 hrs due to work / meetings one day, you need to be in office on time next day and atleast complete your 10 hrs again. Add to it the bangalore traffic miseries and you'll realize how far you are getting from your life - talk about work-life balance. Too much hierarchy, manager treats others really bad

      Easy going company, very nice colleagues, fast growth, challenging goals, good salary for beginners. I highly recommend this company if you are willing to work hard.

      Cons

      It's hard to tell because thing change very fast and too often there. In a period I could say that it was my boss, sometimes the salary.
