      1. No hierarchy, it's a very flat organisation where senior leaders are accessible. Not a single cabin. 2 . Not a regular back end office but sophisticated with big plans. 3. Great learning opportunities coupled with freedom to work the way you want. 4. No restrictive timings to come and leave work. 5. Multi- cultural, people from diverse countries. 6. Good cab facility. 7. Great canteen. 7. Great beers - global brands.

      1. Bonuses need to be consistent every year. 2. We need more exposure to beer business. 2. No free beer !
