      Great benefits and co-workers. A worldwide company that allows you to know a lot of other cultures and different people.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership and unified process to build up an IT project. The leaders don't know what want to reach.

      Pros

      Above average Salary, the industry is fun, free beer, casual office attire, well known brand, leader in the beer industry

      Cons

      Seen as a number not an employee (forced to fly spirit, stay in cheap hotels, terrible work life balance), extremely high turnover (Half my team was gone within my first 4 months), No guidance (once my team was gone I did not report to anyone), lack of transparency, extremely political, unrealistic bonus targets (most people did not get a bonus last year), bad culture (engagement is at an all time low, people are constantly upset and complaining about the work, your job is constantly held over your head, use fear as a motivator), terrible working conditions (rats in the building eat through pantry, region office in most polluted area in the US)

      Pros

      Multicultural and very young environment, no dress code policy, work can be demanding but hard working people have opportunities to be acknowledged and grow within the company. Company culture is nice, beer events twice a month, team buildings etc.

      Cons

      unpaid/uncompensated overtimes which can be very high during peak seasons, job can be also demanding and stressful to finish everything before deadlines, environment can be quite anonymous as there are many employees and teams which you don't get to work with at all.
