Truly global company, challenging environment, most of of the cases opportunity to learn

Cons

Zero work life balance. CEO says you should have one life and that should be work life. Most of Sr. Mgmt are not married / no family hence don't understand family commitments. There is an appraisal mechanism which by designed to be ineffective/ eye wash. There is no focus or consideration to individual efforts or contribution. Salary structure is tricky. 20 to 30 percentage is kept variable / bonus and this generally not paid. In a Jan to Dec cycle targets are GIVEN to everybody without any discussion or roadmap. Usually there would be 4 to 5 targets with 20 to 25 % weightage. Of those not even on one you will have controller. Meaning no matter what you contribute somewhere in the world someone sharing your target screws up- your score becomes ZERO. Let's assume you somehow managed to achieve a couple of targets then this score is multiplied by the BU score. The BU score is like all HR +Admin Fin+ IT+ Ops .....all targets together cummulative score. Meaning if HR does not meet some recruitment target Operations will loose it's target.....INTERESTING!!!! Now if all goes well you achieve some targets and BU achieves a non- zero score then comes the final icing which will ensure the PAYOUT is ZERO. That is the SIZE OF PIE. This is the final multiplication factor. This factor is very SMART for example EU Stock fell hence pie = Zero, Brazil winter was early hence 3rd Qtr sales target not achieved hence pie = Zero, Made a huge accquisition hence financial ratios don't look good hence pie = Zero.......so on. Ok by now the reader might be thinking what about ANNUAL INCREMENT....... well well well there is no such concept. HR maintains there will be a market correction ......note this can be positive or negative !!! What is the formula used for calculating. Won't know coz since two years don't have experience of correction!!! In short if you are WORK HORSE with no commitments on FAMILY and don't bother about salary then it's an amazing place to be.....truly global 😉

Opportunity to experience in beer industry (one of the fastest growth in Vietnam) which has many brands, competitors, various promotions and campaigns.

Cons

Working processes, procedures, are somewhat ambiguous so it can not promote employees' self-awareness for heading toward the company's goals.
