Goals set so high employees are told to "do what you have to do" and bend whatever rules necessary to "hit the numbers". Zero sense of ownership or integrity within the company. Leadership only cares about "hitting their numbers" and continuing to climb the ladder. Treat employees accordingly. Any opinions or feedback provided is considered to be negative and "not aligned with where the company is going". If you suggest something that has been proven to be more efficient, but is different than what they've always done, they will reject your idea without even giving it a shot. Very old mentality within leadership, and any new leaders are fresh out of their MBA and don't understand the beer industry.
