      Pros

      Good 40 hour week job, good benefits and great salary. Losts of opportunity for overtime.

      Cons

      Shift work lower you are on the totem pole the more graveyard or swing shift you will have to do before you can have a chance at getting days. Were you in contract. Lower you are on the totem pole more Saturdays and Sundays you'll have to work. It is a 24-7 operation. Lots of 48 hour plus weeks

      -Great job if looking for stable work environment -Good pay for the work that is done -Job will keep you in good physical shape

      Cons

      -Management is unorganized -Changes that were made were unpractical and made the job more difficult -Hours (midnights) made it difficult to have a life outside of work
