Pros

AB InBev is a company that allows for strong employee growth through meritocracy, stretch targets, and strong visibility and interaction with upper management through the global organization. It's a terrific place to grow globally and expand your knowledge within functions and across functions. AB InBev corporate culture expects employees to live and work by our 10 principles, which are the guiding principles of everything we do.

Cons

It is important to assure that you are a strong fit to the corporate culture in order to succeed in the company. Studying the 10 principles should give you a good idea if it fits with your personality and work ethic, otherwise I would look elsewhere.

Pros

This company lives and breathes by it's 10 principles, it is straight and honest and offers incredible growth opportunities that are directly linked with your results. Ownership and meritocracy are embedded into it's DNA and if you are good at your job and a great cultural fit - the sky is the limit. The company considers its people a valuable asset and is constantly looking to hire, develop and grow talent and leaders by offering visibility of everyone's performance and expectations. They will take you out of your comfort zone, provide you with great challenges early on and give you a chance to shine and show what you're made of. If you don't settle, want to grow and learn, love a challenge, are passionate about what you do and are passionate about beer - you wont find a better place, this company is definitely for you!

Cons

The company has a unique culture, one that I believe to be it's greatest asset, having said that, it's not for everyone. if you're a great match it'll be an incredible ride, but if you're not, hopefully you can figure it out before joining. I recommend anyone thinking about working at the company a book called "Dream Big" by Cristiane Correa, it'll help you gain some insights as to how the company was created and now is the largest beer company in the world and one of the largest consumer goods companies in the world, but specially, how it all comes down to those 10 principles.

Pros

Fast paced and exciting. Don't need prior experience to move into new functions. Great for young single people who are willing to go above and beyond

Cons

Work becomes your life. Lean in people resources to the extent that it's becomes a bottleneck with everyone constantly putting out fires. Speed is valued over actually having a well thought out plan. Want to be a brand lead company but KPIs are not aligned to allow that to happen. Too many young inexperienced people in positions which require more experience. NOt much diversity or even successful women high up in the management ladder as flexible working is not encouraged
