      Lots of upward mobility and opportunities, but only if you're willing to relocate with each job change. Fun events and game tickets through company sponsorships.

      Cons

      Cold culture, very negative working environments No HR presence No work life balance No transparency through out the company Expectation is to relocate often

      Pros

      Investment in promotional activities and the use of brands do really well. They have great brands and high quality.

      Cons

      There is no work-life balance,. Work culture focused on costs, there is always austerity at all levels. Downsizing, reduction units, travel expenses, tools that help sales. Brazilians circle of decision making, little tolerance for teaching new leaders.
