      Pros

      If you like ownership, meritocracy, and constant change, it's the place for you. It's very dynamic, with constant learning, great and smart people, lots of career opportunities, constant growth.

      Cons

      It's not for everybody: definitely not a good life-work balance, high pressure, some politics at the highest ranks, variable compensation depends highly on very stretched targets.

      Pros

      The experience acquired is the best part. The opportunities of growing inside the company are major but not easy to reach.

      Cons

      Permanent jobs are hard to get. Lack of team spirit and recognition. On the sales field, budget have too many restrictions. An the lack of efficiency is caused by the complexity of the process.

      Changed for the worse since Inbev acquisition

      Pros

      Competitive pay and benefits (50th percentile benchmark). It can provide lots of different experience to fill out your resume as things are always changing. Would recommend for a short time employment.

      Cons

      You won't make a career here in St. Louis. It's difficult to find opportunity here in St. Louis as more work is moving to New York and Brazil (company is run by Brazilians even in US). On paper bonus and benefits look good but once you are here you realize that the "potential" bonus you can achieve each year is fantasy. In the 5 years, I've reached 100% of my targets all but once but have never received a full bonus. This is because bonus is based on company performance too which you have no control over.
