      Pros

      A great place for people to promote without having a bachelors degree. As long as you get along with your superior, your career will go a long way.

      Cons

      Inbev fires their bottom 3 performers in every position at the end of the year. It not what you did for me yesterday, its what you can do for me today.

      If you love to travel, love to work hard, and love to play hard, this company is for you. People here are amazing!! So much opportunity for growth and career advancement. Check out the '10 principles' to get a good feel.

      Cons

      High expectations, but I thrive on that. Can be some long hours some days, but they're worth it. Overall, I can't think of many cons for this!
