      Flexibility of the working hours is the biggest advantage of my job going in hand with the open space office, making the connection will all employees and managers easy. Benefits the company offers are more than competitive.

      tasks might be challenging when you do not have the right approach to people, especial when speaking about projects where you need the support of all people involved

      Great Company to learn and develop your carreer. Great people, amazing products, enomous capabilities to re-define the end game of the business. Very dynamic.

      Cons

      Sometimes you fell frustated because the preassure and demands are well above compensation. Variable remuneration is high but based on a long vesting period.
