      Many benefits, such as health insurance, school supplies assistance, a Christmas gift basket, and discounts on purchasing the company's beverages at cost price.

      Cons

      -> In senior roles, the company hires you on a trust-based position, so you don’t clock in or out anymore, but in reality, it just means working a bunch of unpaid overtime. They say you get 40% more pay because it’s a trust-based role, but honestly, it’s just the same as the market rate. -> Very hard to get computers updated to do the job well.
