      Career friendly company if you are a perfect fit by values and leadership style. You can move easily move from one function to the other one base on just your competences. Quite good salaries

      some changes are even not still imlemented when new ones are needed - too fast company and too agressive environment. cost-cutting based culture established - savings are everywhere: business trips, facilities, office supplies, etc.
