      Pros

      If you like going to the office, you have a pretty big and modern one Diversity, people from all over the world Decent salary

      Cons

      Office commuting as a must, no hybrid nor remote possibilities. Forget about having a life outside work, -0 work-life balance. No paid extra hours, and they will expect you to stay late. Cult corporate culture, in a way, a toxic one. Burnout situations due to extremely large amount of daily work plus extra working on development goals (preparing presentations, metrics, plans) on top of several more responsibilities at the same time. Not enough resources Collab between teams is super disorganized and untrusted. You will be expected to stay after work for open bars and share with people.

      Pros

      AB InBev truly was a company of owners, and rewarded its top performers accordingly.

      Cons

      The meritocracy appeared to crumble in 2022/2023. Many of my most talented peers were demoted, and told to accept it or walk. Just not what it used to be.
