As a result,you might achieve 100% of your targets, you’ll only earn 40% of your bonus potential. So if you’re told you have a $10k bonus potential, really that is about $5k before taxes. Meanwhile the Brazilian executives with stock options are making ridiculous amounts of money You might work 70 hours a week and feel like you’re still swamped with work Almost all the senior executives are sleazy millionaire Brazilians. They all talk in Portuguese and show no respect for even the most highly talented Americans They show no desire to embrace or understand American culture. Literally everyone hates their jobs. I would meet people who were 6 months in and even they knew they company was horrible to work for. *THIS COMPANY IS ONLY GOOD AS A BUILDING BLOCK ON YOUR RESUME*

IF you only read one review before deciding to apply at AB, read this one. You will HATE it. Long hours, including evening and weekends. Each year they reduce benefits. No raises and difficult to achieve bonus plan. Inept managers. The top level people don't know what they are doing. They have no idea how to build brands or market products. All they do is acquire other successful brewers. Yearly layoffs don't help either. Again, avoid AB like the plague.
