Pros

There is no good reason other than it is better than sitting home without a job.

Cons

The plant is run by immature adults that have turned what was once a reputable family owned business into a frat house. Equipment is failing, processes are breaking down while they focus on ping pong tables and the open bar. If your looking for a stepping stone to make decent money this is for you. However be careful as you will find yourself throwing people under the bus just to advance. If that is for you then you’ll fit right in.

Pros

Good benefits, work perks include “swag” and free tickets and access to events Hired straight out of college and into a program will set you up for success and you will be valued by organization

Cons

- unfair compensation for external hires - internal hires and “AB bred” employees placed on fast tracks and over compensated with housing packages due to move to NYC (3.5 - 6k after taxes depending on level) - external hires are not eligible for housing therefore causing animosity in the workplace among employees - company does not value diversity and inclusive, they have attempted to make strides to “check the box” but have failed miserably - leadership are purely managers not leaders and do not assist with people development - people promoted too quickly developing poor leaders - 10 principles do not correlate to everyday work mentality
