Pros

Salary and benefits are near market levels.

Cons

Strategy is solely focused on short term initiatives that will make executives look good and get them to the next promotion. No longer do they value their employees. They give employees unrealistic bonus targets and call them "stretch" goals.

- Lots of free beer - Great pay in your 20's - Cross functional opportunities

Cons

- toxic work culture at the breweries. There is no way of retaining the younger folks coming in - no diversity - old boys club - condescending and not respectful towards employees
