      Pros

      This is a good job for the area. College degree in science or engineering required.

      Cons

      Raises have not been over 2-3% for my entire 26-year career. In other words, this used to be a much better job in comparison to the companies around it. Shift preference is by seniority, so new employees work off shifts for a few years.

      The review system is long like everywhere else, Senior level gets stuck at that level unless managers move on. Big lack of diversity.
